The hotel has a central location that's perfect for visits to Sedona or the Grand Canyon. While some areas, like breakfast service and noise from the trains, could use improvement, the rooms are nice and clean, making for a somewhat enjoyable stay.

The breakfast spread was decent, with options that kept us fueled for the day. Just a heads up, the walls felt a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin our overall experience 😊

Flagstaff's culinary scene is a treasure! The nearby Himalayan Grill and Bar served up some killer dishes, and Matador Coffee Roasting made my mornings bright. Plus, the staff at Hyatt Place were super friendly and always met me with a smile. The room was surprisingly nice too!
A few hiccups though-no daily cleaning and I wished the food was warmer. Oh, and parking isn't free? That's a bummer. Next time, let's hope the breakfast is included and served hot!

definitely coming here again
The king room with a sofa bed was modern and super comfortable. I loved the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. There's also central AC, tv, and a nice desk area. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were great. Breakfast had good options and tasty coffee too.

missingWrote a review on 01 Julloud air conditioningpaid parking
Unfortunately, the air conditioning system in the room is pretty loud. Parking isn't complimentary, which feels a bit out of touch for hotels in this range. Breakfast options seem to be veering toward an extra charge, and , the eggs and pancakes were served at an unsatisfactorily cool temperature, lacking warmth that I expected from a hotel buffet. Some bathroom issues persisted, notably a toilet seat that felt unsecured and a shower door that had a mind of its own, drifting open and causing water spills on the floor.

The King Room with Sofa Bed featured elegant decor and was impeccably clean. The cute and friendly staff consistently were really good too assist. The food items were often served lukewarm, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Even with some minor drawbacks, the stay was enjoyable and the location was quite convenient.
